Proposed Commencement Date 1st October

The DODCC have not raised fees for more than two years. We now propose to change the fee structure from the current sliding scale to a more streamlined approach that will reduce confusion for the parents and decrease administration time for the centre.

The new structure will envolve booking your child in for a session rather than an hourly basis, although we will still have a ccasual rate for those you come for very short periods.

We have proposed having 5 options for parents:

A: 8am-1pm

B: 12.30-4pm

C: 8am-4pm

D: 9am-3pm

E: casual/holiday rate $9 per hour for 3 hours or less

We will ask that you notify Rose which session you want when you book and you will be billed according to your booking. If you are more thatn 15 mins late picking up your child you will be charged at the casual rate. Late fees (after closing time) of $15 per 15 mins will continue to apply.

Outstanding fees will incur a $10 per week fine for accounts not paid in full within 30 days.
